Big thank you to all those who planned, volunteered and participated in the 4th Annual Back to School Block Party. This was our biggest one yet with approximately 500 attendees, 50 volunteers and 15 bakers!
The 4th Annual Pulaski Back to School Block Party is scheduled for Saturday, September 16th at the 2200 block of W. McLean. There will be family-friendly games, activities, music, and more. Come see old friends and meet new ones!
There will be plenty of volunteer opportunities for helping out with the block party so please watch your inbox for volunteer sign-up invitations.
New this year is the Sabers Bags Tournament. We will have 2 brackets – kids and adults. In preparation, we are looking to our community to see who has bags sets (a.k.a. Bag-O, Corn Hole, etc) as well as tents in case of rain that we can borrow day of the event. Email Jen Piet (email@example.com

ALL Pulaski families, current and incoming, are invited to attend Popsicle Playdates over the summer. Popsicle Playdates are casual times for Pulaski families to play and get to know each other. Come to one, come to all – no reservations are necessary and everyone in the family is welcome to join the fun. Popsicle Playdates will take place on the Leavitt side playground.
Chicago Fire vs Atlanta United game on Saturday, June 10. Discounted tickets for the (kick-off at 3:00PM). All proceeds to benefit FOP.
Luxury Motor Coach transportation will be provided from Pulaski. We will have pre-game activities at Toyota Park.

Burn calories and support our school at The Dailey Method Bucktown (1714 North Damen). For $50, you get to take part in a special class for Pulaski supporters this Sunday, May 21st at 5:30pm AND get voucher for three free Dailey Method barre or spin classes! The Dailey Method will donate 90% of all proceeds to Friends of Pulaski! This 45 minute, private class is for all experience levels. Click here to register.
Please join us for the second running of the Pulaski Kids’ Kickball and Neighborhood Family Run (or Bike) at Churchill Park on Saturday, May 20th. Cost is $30 per family or $20 for individual participants. Our wonderful Pulaski teachers’ participation is free and encouraged! Click here to register. Register by May 15th to allow for appropriate preparation for the event. Look forward to seeing everyone out there on the the kickball field!

The Friends of Pulaski third annual “Party with a Purpose” was an enormous success thanks to all of your support both with your time and your money. In the silent auction bidding alone we raised over $38,000 as compared to $22,500 last year! Final results are still being tallied. As soon as we have the complete results, we will spread the good news!
In order for this to be our biggest year yet for the Party with a Purpose, it took the hard work, time and financial support of so many people. Extra special thank yous go to:
